3. Where does the project work/operations get executed? Does MMindCorp work only during India work hours/time zone?
MMindCorp works in a well established and time-tested hybrid model i.e., we are available to work the same timezone as your office working hours. We are also available to work during your non-office hours. Our value proposition is NOT off-shoring, but to ensure Full time Coverage & Cost effective efficiency. We are available to work any time zone and can provide 24 x 7 support/project execution – defined strictly by your business requirements. |

4. Since the work involves database and most importantly, data, how secure of a work environment can a client expect from MMindCorp?
MMindCorp has executed multiple database and data security projects and gives utmost important to the security of data and its client business privacy. MMindCorp employes a mix of multiple methods/processes (both IT and physical) to ensure the data/databases remains secure. MMindCorp has physical security of its offices to ensure no outsider can have access to its office and any of its servers/network. Additionally, the MMindCorp network is secured behind a firewall. MMindCorp uses client VPN based access to ensure connections to the client networks can happen only via authorized laptops/userID’s. Additionally, many clients have their own monitoring software installed on our laptops/machines that ensures auditing and security standards are met and adhered to. |

6. What size of the project or engagement is MMindCorp capable of? Has MMindCorp executed large to very large and complex engagements/projects?
MMindCorp has executed multiple projects for a large US based client. The team has vast experience in managing large to very large engagements – to the tune of 1500+ databases in Managed Services model. The size of the databases varied from few GB’s to 14+ TB. The complexity of projects included managing multiple sizes and varieties of the infrastructure and servers including multiple OS’s: Linux, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris. MMindCorp has found a sweet spot in following industry standard SLA’s for all database infrastructure supported in Managed Services model when client SLA’s are not defined. However, if there are specific client defined SLA’s, MMindCorp is open to review them and follow the best practices. MMindCorp offers milestone/deliverables based project and timeline estimations and tracks project activities to ensure there is no slippage in times or budget. |
8. Does MMindCorp provide reporting and analysis of all the work tasks and statuses?
MMindCorp has a canned set of reports and analytics that it provides to its client on a periodic basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) that enables the client to measure the success of the engagement and recommend pointers for improvements and efficiency. MMindCorp tracks all tasks, sub-tasks and deliverables using a Project Management System, so it becomes easy to find bottlenecks and improve efficiency in the long term! |
9. Does MMindCorp use a ticketing system or a repository to keep track of issues and resolutions?
